Presented in the early 1990s, the BMW Nazca embodies one of the boldest visions in contemporary automotive design.
Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and technically developed by Giorgio Stirano, the Nazca represents the perfect synthesis of aesthetics and engineering: a carbon fiber masterpiece, powered by a BMW V12 engine, combining lightness, performance, and formal purity.
In the project, Giorgio Stirano oversaw the chassis design and mechanical integration, transforming Italdesign’s concept into a fully functional car — a laboratory of innovation that anticipated the supercars of the future.
Today, the Nazca remains a timeless icon, a tangible testament to how the dialogue between design and engineering can produce true excellence.
